In short, you can utilize the Clean Pro theme for as many domains and websites as you'd like within your HubSpot account.
The license is applied at the account level instead of the domain level. So if you plan on hosting multiple domains/websites in a single HubSpot account you're covered by the terms of the license.
If your company has multiple HubSpot accounts, you are eligible to receive a discount on a second license for the additional accounts.
